Why does my logo on the navbar look small?

There are 2 things you need to do to make your logo looks bigger:

When you upload your logo, you can change the size to 

2. Make sure there's no empty spaces on your logo

When you're uploading a logo, make sure it's flush to the edges so there's no gap that would make it look small.

Your logo should now be as tall as the Navbar.
