You can unpublish select pages in your published site.

1. Disable "Share to web" for the pages you would like to unpublish

To unpublish all pages, repeat #1 for all pages and do not do #2 (stop here).

2. When publishing the site, under "Advanced Options", make sure the "Make all pages public" option is disabled.
