Q: Why is the promo code not working?
A: Please ensure that the Term is “1 year”. Any registrations longer than one year will automatically void the free domain promo code.

Q: Why did my order get flagged as fraud?
A: Our fraud detection system automatically flags orders it deems suspicious. This could be for a variety of reasons and is usually no cause for alarm. In the event that your order is flagged as fraud, please reach out to the XYZ Support Team at [email protected] and notify them that you wish to proceed with the order. Be sure to include where you are connecting your free .xyz domain in the ticket.
Q: Why is my domain suspended?
A: If your domain is suspended, it is most likely due to the email address associated with the domain not being verified. Email verification is mandated by ICANN and is required within 15 days of registering your domain. If your email is not verified within this time, you will lose access to your domain name until your email has been verified.
